Principal Broker Advanced Practices Online Course (PBAP) – 26 Hours
This course meets the 2026 Oregon Real Estate Agency requirement for brokers who must complete 26 hours of Principal Broker Advanced Practices continuing education prior to their first license renewal. It may also be used to fulfill 26 hours of eligible continuing education for Principal brokers who have been licensed for several years. Principal Brokers must also complete the 2-hour LARRC and the 2-hour Fair Housing course prior to license renewal.
