Fair Housing Required Course 2026-2027, Online Course, 2 Hr
The course meets the Continuing Education requirements of the Oregon Real Estate Agency for the required Fair Housing Course 2026-2027 and for 2 hours of eligible credit.
Course includes;
The learning objectives include gaining an understanding of the Federal anti-discrimination laws in relationship to the duties of a real estate licensee, being able to recognize protected categories and understand acts of discrimination and to gain knowledge and understanding of the complaint process.
