Law And Rule Required Online Course (LARRC), 2.50 Hrs
This course meets the 2023 - 2024 Oregon Legislative rules requiring all licensees to take a three-hour Law and Rule Revision Course on the most current legislative actions affecting licensed real estate agents. Its purpose is to provide licensees with the recent law changes made during the legislative session pertaining to continuing education, license categories, exceptions, and exemptions.
Please Note:
With CE classes, the Oregon Real Estate Agency allows CE providers to give a 10 minute break per hour of instruction. Therefore, students must only spend 2.5 hours inside a 3 - hour course in order to receive credit for the full 3 hours.
