Real Estate Professional's Practices Online Course, 27 Hrs
This Continuing Education course meets the requirements of the Oregon Real Estate Agency for 27 hours of eligible credit.
Course includes;
It covers the basics of real estate Practices including the law of agency in relationship to fiduciary duties, and broker obligations to clients and third parties. The course also covers license law and Administrative rules, including our role as licensed agents regarding Civil Rights and non-discrimination.
