Basic Property Manager Pre-License Online Pre-License Course, 60 Hrs
The course meets the new Oregon Real Estate Agency 60 hour study requirements for eligibility to take the state property manager license exam.
Topics covered include property manager license law, clients' trust accounts, title transfer, record-keeping, taxes and assessments, foreclosures and redemption rights, Oregon and federal anti-discrimination and landlord/tenant laws.
