Federal Anti-Discrimination Laws Online Course, 1 Hr
The course meets the Continuing Education requirements of the Oregon Real Estate Agency for 1 hour of eligible credit.
Course includes;
The learning objectives include gaining an understanding of the Federal anti-discrimination laws in relationship to the duties of a property manager, being able to recognize protected categories and understand acts of discrimination and to gain knowledge and understanding of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
