This 2 hour of eligible credit course covers management theories, activities and styles as they pertain to real estate.
Course includes;
Included are theories from Maslow, Herzberg and McClelland. The pros and cons of the different types of organization ownership are discussed along with examples of management mishaps. The second part of the course covers the purpose and structure of business planning and analyzing opportunities.
